Careers

The Fix is a media publication and knowledge hub for media professionals. Our mission is cracking the media management puzzle through insights, solutions and data.

We write about Europe, with a special focus on the CEE region (Central and Eastern Europe). While we write about journalism, we are especially interested in the media management part of the equation – business models for news media, organisation building and HR, latest research for media leaders.

Recently, we reported on the Hungarian podcasting market, interviewed the CEO of Ukraine’s public broadcaster, looked at the revenue model of Sweden’s largest media house, and dived deep into the latest Digital News Report.
